Warranty Coverage
PanBrain warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period. This warranty applies only to:
-Products purchased directly from PanBrain’s Official Store [https://panbrain.com]or authorized distributors.
- Products that are unaltered, unmodified, and used as intended.

What Is Not Covered

- Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g., third-party websites, unofficial retailers).
How to Claim Warranty Service
1. Contact Support: Email support@PanBrain.com with:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
- Description of the defect.
- Photos/videos of the issue.
2. Receive RMA Number: If approved, you’ll get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by PanBrain.
- Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs to PanBrain.
- PanBrain Responsibility: Covers return shipping if the defect is confirmed.
Resolution Options
- Repair/Replacement: PanBrain will repair or replace defective products at no cost.
- Refund: If repair/replacement is impossible, a refund will be issued for purchases from the Official Store [https://panbrain.com].
- Non-Warranty Repairs: If the issue is not covered, PanBrain will provide a repair quote.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available for purchases from PanBrain’s Official Store.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Limitations
