PanBrain LUME is completely non-invasive and designed for safety. It uses gentle 810 nm near-infrared light
at 250 mW/cm²—only about 1–5% of which reaches the brain. After tissue attenuation, the intensity drops to
just 2.5–12.5 mW/cm², far below the recognized safe limit of <500 mW/cm². Rich nasal blood flow also
