Quality Assurance & Replacement
LUME is committed to the highest standards of product quality. If your device exhibits any manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use within the warranty period, we provide acomprehensive replacement service. Upon verification of the quality issue, we will replace your defective unit with a brand-new device at no additional cost.
Warranty Period
The standard warranty is valid for12 months from the date of original purchase.
Coverage & Eligibility
This warranty covers:

▇ Battery or charging failures.
▇ Material defects in workmanship
Exclusions
Please note that this replacement policy does not apply to:
▇ Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
▇ Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the device's functionality.
▇ Damage caused by immersion in water or exposure to extreme environments.
How to Initiate a Claim
